National infection control week is designated to celebrate the infection control efforts of all healthcare facilities across North America. Infection Control Week 2012
Infection Control Week takes places in the fall. Dates will be posted once they are announced by CHICA-Canada, and resources will be posted closer to the time. PICNet will also be doing requested site visits at this time; you can contact us if you would like us to visit your site.

- Games, questionnaires, and puzzles
- Provide demonstrations on infection control practices
- Display a table in a prominent location to provide information for staff & visitors
- Organize education sessions and webinars or promote events from other organizations
