PICNet is currently in its third year of development, building on the achievements of Phases 1 and 2 (which covered the period of May 2005-March 2007). We are currently working on the Phase 3 Project Charter, building on the achievements of the past two years.  To review some of these achievements and next steps, we invite you to read through our 2007-2008 Annual Report.

During Phase 1, PICNet solidified its role and purpose as a provincial body and explored how to best identify and respond to the various stakeholder needs.  Phase 2 further strengthened PICNet’s infrastructure by implementing several of the collaborative projects identified by stakeholders during Phase I.
